Mario Escobar

Director / President

Mr.Escobar holds an economic degree with a major in Finance and Business Administration from the Universidad de los Andes as well as a Masters degree in 'Strategic Thinking and Perspective' from Universidad Externado de Colombia. He has ten years experience in investment banking and global business development. He has represented Colombia in the Harvard World Business Plan Contest, is co-founder of Estrategia y Desarrollo and Eccos Contacto Colombia, a call center operated by handicapped victims of land mines in Colombia. Mr. Escobar is a former member of the board of Mineras Four Points (an operating gold mine in Antioquia), Eccos Contacto Colombia, Delphica Group, Findeza Foundation (Education sector), Novopak Ltd.



Kojo Annan

Director

After graduating (with commendation) in economics and politics from Keele University in the United Kingdom, Mr. Annan then proceeded to set up and develop private enterprises in the extractive sector such as PPI (Petroleum Projects International) an indigenous Nigerian oil trading firm that traded primarily in gas oil, fuel oil, and gasoline. PPI clients included Totalfina Elf, Exxon Mobil, NNPC (Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation). He also partnered and founded Blackstar Group, an investment holding company with a range of business interests in Ghana and throughout West Africa. The primary sectors of interest include energy (oil & gas), mining and natural resource. Among other successful ventures.
